Offer

The founding design-partner pilot is $500 USD for one approved preview or staging journey, six simulated sessions in one device configuration, an evidence-backed report, a 30-minute findings review and one comparable rerun requested within 14 days. This introductory offer is limited to the first five qualified teams. Normal delivery is within three business days after scope and access are confirmed.

Authorization and acceptable use

By submitting a request, you represent that you own the target or have the owner’s explicit authority to test it. You may not use JinuGen to scan third parties, disrupt a service, evade controls, access live customer data, make destructive purchases or test an unlawful or high-risk workflow.

Payment and cancellation

Submitting the form does not start work or charge you. Scope and payment are confirmed separately. The fee covers execution and analysis, not a promised number of findings. If JinuGen tooling materially compromises the run and we cannot rerun it, we will refund the pilot fee. Other cancellations after work begins are handled in the written order.

Your responsibilities

You will provide a stable authorized environment, synthetic test data, a journey with a clear outcome and any access agreed through a separate protected channel. Do not place credentials, signed links, tokens or personal data in the public form.

Results and limitations

JinuGen produces model-generated sessions. Results may be incomplete, stochastic or wrong and require customer judgment before changes are made. The service is not an accessibility certification, penetration test, legal compliance audit, population estimate or substitute for functional tests and real-user research.

Confidentiality and intellectual property

You retain rights in your application and submitted material. JinuGen retains its software, methods and general know-how. We will not publish your name, screenshots, results or identifiable case study without written permission, and we will not use customer content to train or benchmark JinuGen without written opt-in.

Warranty and liability

The pilot is provided on an evaluation basis and without a guarantee that all issues will be found. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JinuGen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on a finding. Any project-specific liability terms are set in the written order.
